Weddings, birthdays, corporate dos, brewery nights, festivals, launches, and anything else where people would rather eat wings than a canape. I turn up in a bright orange trailer, feed everybody fast, and take the mess away with me.
Whole wings, dry-brined and twice-cooked, with homemade sauces served on the side. Skin-on fries, halloumi fries and cauliflower wings alongside them, so there is something for the guests who are not eating meat. They all share one fryer with the chicken, which is why I do not call them vegetarian, and I would rather say that now than on the day. The entire menu is gluten free, so if you have a guest who cannot eat gluten there is nothing separate to arrange. Menus can be built around what you want.
The trailer is five metres by three and needs a reasonably flat spot to stand on. I can look after up to about a hundred guests and serve roughly fifty portions an hour, so if you are near the top of that we will plan the timings together. I travel up to fifty miles from Wokingham. Rated 5, Very Good, for food hygiene by Wokingham Borough Council, last inspected on 23 June 2026. Venues normally want that certificate, an allergen sheet and my insurance details before the day, so ask and I will send all three over.
Tell me the date, the postcode and roughly how many people you are feeding, and I will come back with a price and a menu. The more you can tell me about the event, the better the quote. Bookings start at £350. To hold a date I ask for 25% up front, with the balance due seven days before. If something changes, tell me as early as you can and we will sort it out between us. Easiest thing is to call, or fill in the form and I will get back to you.
